We <br /> were very shocked and saddened to hear about development being pushed forward at Punaluu. <br /> It sounds like the developer is already illegally bulldozing before permits have even been <br /> secured. Has an EIS even been completed yet? I don't think so. We are very saddened to <br /> continue to see the county of Hawaii once again put development first. <br /> The local community and the environment should always be placed first over wealthy special <br /> interests.
