Hello Windward Planning Commission:
I write in opposition to the development that will be discussed tomorrow, 3/7/24.
There is no good that will come of this development for anyone other than the
developer.
Local residents will be pushed out and the development would further endanger and
threaten native species.
The outdated environmental analysis doesn't even consider harms to the local
community. This development goes against all of the values of the Ka'u Community
Development Plan.
Please do NOT allow this development to go forward. It would be a detriment to all.
