Notice is hereby given that the Hawai`i County Housing Agency will be conducting this
meeting via interactive conference technology (ICT) pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 92-
3.5.
This meeting will be held through a combination of some board members being physically
present at the meeting location and some members participating by interactive video conference
through Zoom.
Meeting Access: The public may view the meeting live via Zoom. To sign up for access to the
meeting via Zoom, please contact Jennifer Kualii at ohcd@hawaiicounty.gov or (808) 961-8379
no later than 12 noon, Monday, March 25,2024.
Oral Public Testimony: The public may provide oral testimony via Zoom. To register to testify,
please contact Jennifer Kualii at ohcd@hawaiicounty.gov or (808) 961-8379 no later than 12
noon, Monday, March 25, 2024. The public may also provide oral testimony in person on the
day of the meeting.
Written Testimony: The Hawai`i County Housing Agency (HCHA) encourages the public to
submit thoughts, comments, and input via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to HCHA
Members prior to the meeting, written testimony must be submitted no later than 12 noon,
Monday, March 25, 2024 by: (1)email to ohcd@hawaiicounty.gov, or(2) facsimile to(808)
961- 8685. All written testimony,regardless of time of receipt, will be made a part of the
permanent record. Please submit separate testimony for each item.
