We are going to start the Housing Agency meeting, today is April 5th, 2016 and the time is 9:02, we are here at the Hilo Council Chambers. I’m going to call this meeting to order. We’ll start off, if there is any Statements from the Public and it looks like at this time we have no statements. So if there are no statements from the public we’re going to close Statements from the Public and moving on to the Approval of Minutes from April 14, 2015. But before we go to the Approval of the Minutes, I want to just introduce the agency members from my far left, Ms. Wille, Ms. Eoff, Mr. Kanuha, Mr. Paleka and currently Ms. Poindexter is on a medical excuse and Mr. Chung and I believe Mr. Onishi is the building and Ms. David, oh, medical too and Ms. David medical excuse, thank you Ms. Wille. And I’m Mr. Ilagan, your Chair for the Housing Agency. We’re going to have a motion, open up for a motion to approve minutes April 14, 2015. Mr. Kanuha: So moved. Mr. Paleka: Second. Mr. Ilagan: Moved by Mr. Kanuha, seconded by Mr. Paleka, any discussions on the minutes? Moving on for the vote, we’ll do a voice vote, all in favor for the approval of minutes, please say aye. Moving on to New Business. We have a, may I have a motion for the approval of the Public Housing Agency Plan for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program for the County of Hawaiʻi. Mr. Paleka: So moved. Mr. Kanuha: Second. Mr. Ilagan: Moved by Mr. Pakela, seconded by Mr. Kanuha, if we could have a representative from Housing please just identify this item and we’ll open up for discussion. Thank you. Ms. Hirota: Good Morning, my name is Sharon Hirota, I’m the Division Manager for the Existing Housing Division and we’re here today requesting approval of the Public Housing Agency Plan for the fiscal year starting July 1st, 2016. On February 10th of this year, the Office of Housing and Community Development published a Public Notice in both the Hawaiʻi Tribune Herald and West Hawaiʻi Today announcing that the plan would be available for public review. This past, last week Thursday, March 31st, there was a public hearing held in Hilo at our 50 Wailuku conference room and by teleconference, by televideo to our Kona Office at the West Hawaiʻi Civic Center. There were no individuals that came forth to provide public testimony and so we submit, we will be submitting the plan once you approve it to HUD as written. Mr. Ilagan: Thank you. Moving on to our discussion, any agency members wish to, okay. Moving on to our vote, we’re gonna do a voice vote, all in favor please say aye. All said aye. Mr. Ilagan: Any opposed?
