Aloha Chairman Lin,
I am writing regarding Bill 121 and its potential impacts on our community. As a
resident I urge the Windward Planning Commission to reconsider the proposed
measure and its implications.
The restrictions it imposes on short-term rentals not only affect the taxes but the
income of residents.
Stop this bill. Conduct an economic impact study.
