Aloha Leeward Planning Commission Members,
I am writing in support of special permit application #SPP-2023-00056.
The Ackerman Ranch is an ideal location for the proposed wedding, and family gathering venue. I
have spent many hours in that area and know it to have some of the best views in Kona. In addition,
the environment is peaceful, quiet and serene.
The Ackerman's have owned the property for many decades and their dedication, planning and
finalization of the site will be magical to behold.
I urge you all to vote "yes" on the permit application, so the residents and others can take advantage
of such a wonderful place.
