It has come to my attention that my testimony to the Leeward Planning Commission sent to
Ipctestimony@hawaiicounty.gov on 12/12/2022 was not distributed to the LPC commission members as
requested. It appears that only the cover email, which clearly references the attached file containing 4 pages
of testimony was not processed nor distributed. This is clearly in evidence on the "Laserfiche Weblink" archive
folder where other testimony resides and shows the page count as 1 page instead of 5. I include that Link for
your reference:
Item #1 Kona Three, LLC (PL-REZ-2022-000033) - Laserfiche WebLink (hawaiicounty.gov)
I worked very hard on that testimony and find it disheartening that some clerical error robbed me of my voice
in this matter. I also find it disappointing that apparently there is no oversight and that the members of the
commission obviously did not raise questions about an email testimony that was clearly missing material from
the referenced attachment. I have attached the recorded testimony for your convenience in identifying the
proper item.
At this point, I can only ask for an explanation of why my testimony was not entered into the record and if
there are any mitigating steps to rectify this error.
