As we just discussed on the phone, this email will confirm the Applicant's agreement to defer its
September 21, 2023 meeting before the Leeward Planning Commission to the Commission's October 19,
2023 meeting.
We understand that notice to surrounding property owners of the rescheduled meeting will be handled
by the Planning Department.
Appreciate the courtesy of coordinating the proceedings with the Applicant, Kona Three LLC.
