Aloha Mrs. Jackson.
On behalf of Kona Three LLC, the Applicant for the above-described matter, we are requesting
a postponement of the scheduled October 19, 2023 meeting before the Leeward Planning
Commission to its November 16, 2023 meeting date.
We apologize for making this request to postpone this upcoming meeting as we are
continuing our efforts to address matters related to the recommendations of the Cultural
Resources Commission, and would like to be best prepared for the sake of the continued
proceedings before the Leeward Planning Commission (LPC). We also apologize for all of the
inconveniences that we may have caused upon both the department and the commission.
We also understand that the Applicant is obligated to notify surrounding property owners of
the next scheduled meeting before the LPC.
