Attention Commission Members,
For homeowners like me, the proposed health and safety affidavit in Bill 121 is nothing more
than redundant red tape that duplicates what building codes already ensure. We ask for a
recommendation for the removal of this onerous requirement that adds no value but imposes
extra burdens on TAR operators and county workers. Our homes comply with building
regulations; additional paperwork will only hinder our ability to provide quality
accommodations.
