Aloha,
I am a long-time resident of Kailua-Kona, and oppose Bill 121.
The unintended consequences of this bill will be devastating to retired hosts of vacation rentals
and to community members they employ.
It will also have catastrophic tax consequences from loss of both excise and TAT taxes.
Please do a thorough study of the consequences before proceeding with passage of Bill 121
and 122.
