Aloha,
Please deny the Shoreline Management Area/SMA permit extension for Black Sands
Beach LLC at Punalu'u_
We are a local family struggling to be able to afford a home here. While foreigners and
mainlanders are buying the land and homes making it almost impossible.
We don't need more hotels, vacation rentals or condominiums for them that continue to
raise the cost of living for us.
We need affordable housing for the families that have been here for generations.
