Please deny the Shoreline Management Area/SMA permit
extension for Black Sands Beach LLC at PunalU'u. This area has too
many places that need to be protected rather than developed. Once developed, you cannot
go back. Stop this and thanks for your consideration. Leave the turtles to do their thing.
