I, Tiare 'Anela Beatrice Kailiawa-Perreira, am testifying to deny Shoreline Management
Area/SMA permit extension for Black Sands Beach LLC at Punalu'u. I am testify what I say to
be the truth. I am a 9th generation native Hawaiian of the Ka'u district and I would like to
testify on behalf of my late Aunty Pearly Kailiawa that we are against development of this
precious wahi pana. Generations of my 'ohana have gathered played pule cared for and lived
on this very same wahi pana. Do not approve permit for Black Sands Beach LLC.
