Please deny the shoreline management area/sma Permit extension for Black Sand Beach LLC
at Punalu'u.
This beach is small and the natural habitat needs to be unaltered and undeveloped. Kona has
been destroyed with development and priced out locals and Ka'u needs to be left alone.
Developers can develop on the mainland. There's only one Hawaii island and what's here
needs to be protected not by developers who desire to slowly form cracks in zoning to find
ways to develop and make money off the land.
Again. I'm a resident here and I am speaking my voice alongside many others sayings clear
NO to this permit extension.
