Aloha,
I am writing you to ask to please vote NO EXTENSION for Black Sands Beach LLC Shoreline Management
Area/SMA permit.
The area does not have the infrastructure to support new development,and the government is already neglecting the
oversight of the prior owners,resulting in dangerous broken fire hydrants and overcrowding.
The last permit was conducted too long ago,a complete new environmental management plans would need to be
created in order to determine the impact of such development.
Extending the permit the best use of the land.Thank you for your for no extension!
