This is just another land grab by developers on one of the few remaining natural coasts. The
people don't want this. They will be priced out of their homes. More traffic, more garbage,
more mainland transplants. I urge you to not to give them a permit to turn this area into
Waikaloa South. I vote and I will be watching who supports this travesty.
