To Whom It May Concern,
If someone wants to go to shops or have new housing near the beach, respectfully, go to Kona
or another island. The beauty of Ka'u's coastline at Punalu'u would be permanently ruined if
Black Sands Beach LLC carries out their intended plans. Deny the SMA permit extension for
Black Sands Beach LLC and any other future developer's intended actions on our beautiful
island. Multiple native species, flora and fauna are found in this area and construction of this
degree could have irreversible consequences.
