Subject: Black Sand Beach LLC SMA
Dear Council Members -
This project is not pono. There needs to be a new EIS and a Disaster Mitigation Plan.
This is currently a requirement.
Since these things could not be any clearer, you are expected to enforce these laws
and we expect you to do so.
I have read that there is a movement also at the State level to eliminate the need for
these things because we need affordable housing.
This is not affordable housing and we do not want this desecration on these pristine
lands.
