Subject: Question about testimony for Punalu'u,Ka'u

In reading the Windward Planning Commission's Agenda I see it does not indicate written
testimony is possible. I am working during the proposed meeting time and cannot attend
virtually. Is written testimony being accepted? And if so who is the proper person to contact
to submit testimony in opposition of the resort development. "Development" is ruining
Hawaii and it has been heartbreaking to witness over and over again for too many years.
Please protect these pristine natural habitat places for all. Please let me know if there's a
correct person to express my overwhelming concerns regarding the atrociously proposed
"development".
