Aloha to all,
I was born and raised in Kona,yet Punalu'u has always been a place for my ohana to gather.
My entire life I've watched every beach that I grew up on in Kona be destroyed by
developments like the proposed"Punalu'u Wellness Center" at Punalu'u beach.
I cannot stand to the side and watch it happen to the Ka'u community.
The cultural significance of this land and the native species that thrive on it cannot be
destroyed.
Please continue to keep hotel/resort/wellness center development on the North Kona Coast and
keep the south for rural living and agricultural.
I stand with the community of Ka'u and demand current EIS and CDP that the reflect the
community of Ka'u.
