Aloha,
I am writing to say that I'm against the development plans being proposed by Black Sands
LLC.
I live across the highway from this proposed development and feel that an updated EIS should
have been done at a minimum. A 2006 EIS is unacceptable.
Currently, several fire hydrants in our subdivision (Kalana Estates) do not work and all we get
are broken promises. Eva Liu has known about our water issues for years yet she does nothing.
Public safety means nothing to her.
Lastly,the honu will be negatively impacted by this development should it be approved.
Tourists have been abusing the honu for years and it will only get worse if this is approved.
