Aloha,
My name is Evan Enriques.I am a third generation fisherman from Punalu'u.I was born and raised there,and I
currently still reside at Punalu'u.
I strongly believe that this is not the right project for the area.I have traveled all over the world to play volleyball at
the highest levels—
numerous countries,cities,provinces—and can proudly say that Ka'u is the most beautiful place I have ever seen
even after all these years.Not only just that,but the people of Ka'u are some of the most humble and hard-working
people and most of all amazing stewards of the land.
Please strongly consider denying and reconstructing this plan in hopes of creating something that will better
incorporate the community and their ability to steward this land
