Aloha,
I am writing to stand with the community of Ka'u on the proposed Punalu'u project. With so many endangered
species calling the area home,including the Hawksbill turtle and Hawaiian monk seal,we demand a current EIS
and a Community Development plan that reflects considerations not just for our natural environment and our fragile
native ecosystems but that also reflects the will of the people of Ka'u and its Native Hawaiian cultural practitioners.
