I am against the planned development on Punalu'u. Several endangered species such as
Hawaiian Hawksbill Turtles and monk seals frequent that beach. These beautiful creatures are
what make Hawai'i truly special and I believe the development plans will endanger these
animals even further.
The development plans will affect local people and push them out of the islands. Hawai'i has
put up with a lot of desecration to its lands, and building a development on Punalu'u will only
further it. Please reconsider developing on Punalu'u. Mahalo!
