Aloha,
I am writing in opposition of leisure development in the Punalu'u Black Sand Beach area.
This is a horrible idea that the community does not want or need. In a time where we have a
record number of amenities for tourists and a record number of homeless residents, allowing
for this pristine area to be desecrated for leisure purposes for outsiders is absurd.
