To whom it may concern,
I am a former Kona resident who adamantly opposes the proposal to build on Punalu'u.
Hawai'i island does NOT need any more short term rentals when locals themselves are priced out of the islands.
We do NOT need more golf courses sucking up precious water.
There does NOT need to be any development in an area that is one of the very last breeding grounds for the
endangered hawksbill sea turtle-honu'ea-and other endangered native animals.
We are tired of overdevelopment of the `aina.Billionaires should not have more access to Hawai'i than the kanaka.
