Subject: Ka'u: Punalu'u development project.

I am submitting my testimony in regards to the proposed Punalu'u development project, PL-
SMA-2023-046, to which I am opposed.
I stand with the community of Ka'u and their right to determine how their land is used and
protected from external developers. I demand current updates and a EIS and community
development plant that reflects the will of the people of Ka'u.
