Testimony in regards to Punalu'u Development PL-SMA-2023-000046:
Thank you for your openness in taking the wishes of the community to heart.
I strongly oppose the development of Punalu'u.This development is suggesting progress for the community,but
what kind of progress the community needs is not the kind that destroys native flora and fauna habitat. The damage
to the fragile ecosystem is irreversible. Why gamble?Why help a foreign entity to profit while the community and
environment is desecrated?Punalu'u is a special place and I urge you to look into your hearts and feel the call of the
people and nature.Please do the right thing and deny the development.If we want to put Punalu'u on the spot,why
not show the world how to be Pono.
