1 am writing this testimony as it is being told by my 11 year old son:
Good morning,
My name is Reycen Fukunaga. 1 am 11 years old.
I live in Kau and at think of Punaluu Black Sand Beach as my backyard.
1 go to the beach at least 3 times a week.
It is my backyard, where 1 fish, swim, and do alot of things with my family.
1 dont want the development to be approved because i want my younger cousins to be able
to
grow up with the same experiences that i am lucky to have.
Please dont take that away from me or my younger cousins.
