I've been a big Island <br /> resident for over 35 years and have frequented Punalu'u beach on numerous occasions. <br /> I believe this proposed development:has too big a footprint,will deplete precious aquifer waters from the people of <br /> Ka'u,may pose a danger to turtles who are sensitive to light and noise during nesting times,may impact other <br /> endangered species,and will affect the pristine nature and ambience of the area. <br /> Thank you for reading my testimony. <br /> Sent from my iPhone <br />
