Aloha,my name is Lee McIntosh.I live in Discovery Harbour.I am submitting testimony in regards to item 3 on
your agenda regarding Black Sands Beach LLC's application for a Special Management Area Permit.I think it's
great that someone wants to clean the area up.It will also provide more housing for the area.I encourage the
