RE: SMA permit Punalu'u Village
I was saddened almost to tears to read of the development plans
for Punalu'u. I agree with the opinions of protestors that I have
read. I would like to add that the developers say that their plan
is better than those that came before - but "better than" still
doesn't necessarily mean good. I am not an anti-any and all
development person, but in this case I must protest this
extensive village project which does not at all seem to be in the
interests of the community. I will also have to think very
seriously about voting for any government official who supports
this development.
