Since I was a child,my ohana has helped in many ways:beach <br /> clean ups,restoring the Heiaus,making signs to leave the wildlife alone,protecting the nerve goose,and so much <br /> more. <br /> We have known Eva Liu for almost 5 years now. I have never,in my 26 years of age,met someone so sly and nasty. <br /> From the moment she moved to Ka'u, she put on a fake happy smile,and tried to warm up the residents to her <br /> development. She poses the development is for the community,but I have seen dozens of cases where she doesn't <br /> keep her word. She is not who she says she is.The fact that even Black Sand Beach LLC is a registered LLC to a <br /> burner address in California should tell you everything you need to know. The picture of her friend touching the <br /> turtle on her main website is even more proof that she will always be Ha'ole,and never understand what it means to <br /> be Hawaiian. <br /> There are countless more reasonings why the resort development doesn't make sense.What I am asking from you,is <br /> to please listen on march 7th,to the people of the ahupua'a and district.We have taken care of this part of the island <br /> for centuries unnoticed,and this is truly not what the people want. <br /> Ua Mau ke Ea o ka `Aina i ka Pono. <br /> Signed, <br /> Emmett Enriques <br />
