Aloha,
I am writing to state my opposition to development at Punalu'u and the surrounding areas. I
believe the area should be designated as a protected area for environmental and
cultural purposes and all development ceased.
This is in line with the majority of Ka'u residents who want to "Keep Ka'u Country".
