Seeing the infrastructure <br /> and Habitat of the area, I don't think that the area will be able to support development on the <br /> Historic Black Sand Beach. Sometimes changes are good, but"NOT" in this case, Historic <br /> Black Sand Beach should be kept as is with no development in the surrounding areas. There is <br /> too much to be lost if there's development done. The natural habitat will have <br /> unnecessary pressure placed upon.
