I stand with the people of Ka'u on the proposed Punaluu project. And I demand a current EIS
and CDP that reflects the will of the people of Ka'u and Native Hawaiian cultural
practitioners. Please halt this project and amend it to suit the needs of the community while
protecting the integrity of this special place.
