Reject Unfair Renter Limits in TARs
Commissioners,
The renter limitation proposed by the Planning Department for Bill 121 is an unjust policy
that fails to recognize the diversity of family sizes and property designs. This one-size-
fits-all cap is impractical and unfair, directly impacting TAR owners who cater to larger
family groups.We reject this arbitrary limitation and advocate for a more flexible, case-
by-case occupancy evaluation that honors the unique offerings of our homes and
respects the needs of our guests. Please recommend keeping the current writing of Bill
121 in respect to this section.
