I am emailing to state that I am totally against STVR's in neighborhoods.It ruins neighborhoods with the noisy
renters,from increase traffic of unknown rental cars driving all times of day or night back and forth to their vacation
rentals.Loud parties with the unconcern of neighbors living around them because"they are on vacation and are
paying a lot of money and have the right to do whatever they want!".And forget it,if they rent a vacation rental
with a pool! Who can be quiet playing in a pool?I know all this personally because we live in a neighborhood that
has STVRS and it has affected us for years as does our local neighbors.KEEP THEM OUT OF
NEIGHBORHOODS.If any of these Mainland owners or Realtors who rent out these places lived next door to them
and had to deal with them 24/7,they would be against them too! Quality of life is what we all really want.Not to be
harassed by this unwanted noise.Thank you.
