The proposed buildings Will create huge traffic jam on Lako Street and Queen K which is already bad.
Unless you plan to build new roads to minimize/ lessen the traffic on these streets, I am very opposed to this project.
More traffic means greater chances of auto accidents which would increase the auto insurance premiums for the
residents,
I don't know of anyone who would want to live next to apartments/condos. The noise will be unbearable at times and
our home value will depreciate.
Please reconsider your proposed project.
