I/We have been residents of Hawaii Island for over 20 yrs.We also have lived on Kauai as a home owner,Oahu as
well.Total years in Hawaii has been 28yrs.
My husband&I have been searching for an affordable rental property for nearly 2 yrs.We cannot find one. $3500.
&higher.Rooms for rent in someone else's home start at$1200,$1500,even as high as$2000.
We have worked hard thru the years and we can't make it here,or on any other Island. This is unfortunate because
this is where are hearts are.
Lucky we live Hawaii????
