Aloha Commissioners,
As the owner of one small condo in Kona, I am dependent upon its income to pay my
bills.
Long term rental of the condo is not an option for me because it cannot generate the
income I need to cover the costs of ownership. This is the case for most of the condo and
homeowners I know.
In the interest of helping solve the housing crisis here in Hawaii, consider using the
abandoned properties such as those at Makalapua and the old Safeway and/or by Ross for
starters!
