Aloha,
I oppose bill 121 and the outrageous fines of$10,000.
Please put these bills to rest and allow the homeowner to make a living on their land without
all of this government opposition and interference.
If you must fine and additionally tax people,please start with the over 50% of vacation rentals
that are owned by out of state folks.
