To be read for May 2nd hearing.Aloha I have first hand experience dealing with vacation rentals as the
neighborhood I'm in is near the ocean and has multiple STVR.A most obvious is the noise especially late hours
with alcohol involved.The police have been called multiple times when a knock on the door asking for quiet and
respect doesn't work.An example is a 5 bd house sleeps 10 to 15 have at least 3 cars,Vans, SUV's,etc.using street
parking as a recipe for problems.It is known the owner has multiple STVR.I believe Vacation Rentals do not
belong in residential zoned neighbors grandfathering in permits as done in the past only allowed the problem people
to continue.Thanks Craig Holland
