I strongly oppose Bill 122
B&B's exist across the world. They are intimate and personal and should
not be "lumped"' into short term rentals. They are not the same!
B&B's are already so few here in Hawaii County. They are special and
should be protected for future generations. Owner's go through all of the
requirements when applying for this special use as a B&B.
