Greetings,
Please reconsider the proposal for allowing the investor to purchase and develop Black Sands.The charm of Big
Island is the nature and untouched beauty of the land.Adding condos and hotels and the like will change this and it's
so sad.Do not let money speak over the people!! This is wrong.Native born Hawaiians should be the only people
who have say in this matter.Quit trying to push them out further!!! It will be Hawaii with no Hawaiians because
they will be more buy outs and more expense to the already high costs of living.
