a. County Council Member Ashley Kierkiewicz, Over-Population of Pigs in Lower
Puna: Discussion of Four-Point Plan Proposal.
b. Dr. Robert “Bob” Nishimoto, representative from the State of Hawaiʻi, Office of
Planning and Sustainable Development, Marine and Coastal Zone Advocacy Council
(MACZAC), Ke Kahu O Na Kumu Wai, presenting “Everything that happens in
Vegas, stays in Vegas; but everything that happens mauka does not stay mauka; a
mauka-makai perspective on coastal fishery management”.
c. Stephen Holmes, representative from Sierra Club Hawai’i Island Group, presenting
“Clean Water Act Enforcement and Policy Implications”.
6. NEW BUSINESS:
a. Discussion: Turkey Hunting Regulations Affecting the County of Hawai’i, presented
by Commissioner Rober Duerr.
7. COMMITTEE REPORT:
a. Investigative Committee: Regulations Affecting Keauhou Bay and Logistical Issues, and
Potential Solutions, Committee Chair Natalie Reynolds.

Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or
more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4
and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining
to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS
Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Executive session is closed to the public.

Note: A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically recessed for up to 30
minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all
members participating in the meeting or with the “in-person” location identified in this agenda. The
meeting may be in-person when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio-only
communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual communication. If it is
not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided in this subsection within 30 minutes after an interruption
to communication, then the meeting shall be automatically terminated.
