Aloha,
I am a senior citizen. My short term rental is my only source of income. I will not allow a
long term rental here because I will not have any rights to remove someone if they are not
paying their rent or ruin my home.
Please do not destroy the many lives of people who have been paying their taxes to this
government for their short term rentals. We are cooperating as we should, we have done
nothing wrong. Please allow us to continue as we have for many years.
Now we are Kupuna, we do not have other income.
Please reconsider as if it was your mother or grandmother accommodating short term
rentals for our Ohana or tourists looking for a quiet place to stay.
