Aloha Chairperson Barbara Defranco,
Thank you for all of the time and effort you have put forth in looking at Bill 121. We truly
appreciate it!
Please return Bill 121 to the County Council with a recommendation to conduct a comprehensive,
academically rigorous economic impact study. When Heather Kimball was asked by your Planning
Commission to conduct a study she said,"I'm not opposed at all." (Leeward Video 8:12:31).
Also,please invite a member of the Ohana Aina Association to the table to answer questions
regarding the effects of this bill as part of the Q&A process.
Many of us will be put out of business and I don't think the County Council is prepared for the
damage it will do.
