Aloha Mr. Renz,
We have carefully reviewed your resubmitted Use Permit application and need the following additional information to
deem the application complete for acceptance:
1. The application lists several proposed activities (Sunday church services, after school program, &evening related
classes) and associated expected numbers of attendants, however, it does not articulate during which phase of
development these activities will take place. Please let us know what phase of development you anticipate each
proposed activity to occur and where. For example, if you intend to offer evening classes after the first phase is
complete, do you intend to offer them in the sanctuary, outdoors, etc.
This information can be provided as a supplemental document uploaded through EPIC. Once we receive it,we will
finalize the application intake process.
